NO assistance

<p>I have called 3 different number and I'm tired of being sent from one person to the next just to get a brochure of your dental plan as you websiye does not work. After calling on Friday I was promised they would call back. Called again today to be told I must hone customer service. Phone them they say I must go to the store . Why can no one just send me an email?? Is this how your service is when claiming too???????</p>
