No answer to queries! !

My statement shows installment R504. Arrears R0. Total due R602. No one can explain the difference! Tells me it is my R44 club fee.... really? So why is difference R98? And then I am told that their system doesn't show the R504 installment. Well my statement does... sort this out and tell me why there is a difference. I have no idea how the account department cab say sorry we don't know.... poor poor poor.
