No accountability. Finance team are unable to allocate funds. Mickey mouse operation.

Their agent opened a club member account without my consent. Put initials where instead of a signature. The handwriting did not resemble mine. I had to use my airtime several times to communicate with customer care. They reversed the process for the club member but to my surprise the refunded not the full amount but 75%. No compensation.No accountability and no confirmation of problem solved from Edgars. I have to use my airtime again to get this matter resolved.
