No accountability

Placed an online order.. The order was delivered friday 15th taken by the neigbors domestic. I was at home no one called me. The lady must have put the parcel away or took it home. She has not been in since Saturday. Today is Wednesday atill not resolved. Obviously no urgency as its been delivered. Who gave the authority for a 3rd party to sign. Im annoyed right now. I said i wanted this sorted before the 28th. But havent received feedback. Annoyed. Its not my responsibility to follow up. With Ram
