No account problem resolution

This company has absolute no account query resolution. I do implore you to not get an account with Edgars or any other company associated with the EDCON group. After months of emails, calls and visits to EDGARS shops there has been no progress or any sign of resolution.

Today I received an email of which a paragraph I will quote:

“Your arrear account information has been recorded at the credit bureaux to reflect the non-payment of this account, which may prevent you from obtaining further credit with other organisations as per the National Credit Act 34 Of 2005”

This is how they treat their customers who have made a constant effort to try and resolve account problems of ********** Airtime and Data charges
