Nishipo Lindelwa - Rude & Disrespectful

Today I was in Edgars Clearwater to return a Men's Shorts that I bought on 05/03/2002.

Unfortunately the tag was off BUT the Short's was NOT worn, only tried on and my son does not like it. Reason for returning it only now:... I had a bad case of Fybromalgia in my back, which was diagnosed by my doctor on Monday, the 8th of March. I was in bed all week last week and today was the first time that I could return the shorts. FYI the shorts was in my boot since Sunday the 7th of March because I was going to return it soonest.

Noshipo Lindelwa and her assistant OR WHOEVER that was she was discussing me with in their African language are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and their SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! They have no soft skills and treated my like **** because after GOSSIPING about me in their language, going to check if the fabric of the shorts on the floor was the same as the one I returned and PULLING themselves UP, mumbling and just being UPSET at me NOSHIPA put the money on the counter. She didn't even look at me and both their mouths were BLOWN up. I even had to ask my child if he wore the shorts in front of them and they did not even acknowledge that??

What happened to EXPLAINING to client's what is the issue OR OFFERING a VOUCHER instead of giving CASH?? I wanted to tell her that she could give me a voucher but she is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! What about TREATING THE CLIENT WITH RESPECT??? They hardly SPOKE TO ME BUT RATHER SPOKE ABOUT ME.

Who gave NOSHIPO LINDELWA & HER COLLEAGUE THE RIGHT TO INSULT ME LIKE THAT??!!! Just to clarify the matter - she has long pink tips on her nails and **** eyelashes.

I will continue sending reviews on this matter until such time that she, her colleague and Edgars make up for the way the treated me.
