NEW PATHETIC SYSTEMS

The new systems at Edgars are PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

The statements reflects a different amount to the amount you get told when you get instore. when you ask them to tell you the amount reflecting on their side, they ask you for your ID number and go to another station to check and just leave you info open on screen - I literally had to ask the lady why she's leaving my details open on screen as i don't feel that my info is safe.

I'm closing the account with them, i cant have my info left open on different screens and have a statement emailed to me yet when i get to the store, I have to pay a different amount to the emailed statement.
