new accounts
Whilst trying to shop one of the new accounts agents basically forced me to open an account after telling him im not interested even following me through the isle being very persistent and even felt uncomfortable. He didn't leave he evetually got me to give my id document and im just trying to shop. I had to fetch my id again he said he just wanted to see if I qualify and I was not interested. He couldn't even explain how much credit or how the insurance works. He then asked for my cell phone and used my data to check a website for a telephone number for a reference. Very unprofessional. Eventually I left after wasting my time he even followed me after I made a cash purchase to find out if I collected the card. At that point I didnt even explain I just left. ever since ive been getting smss regarding the account. Please remove me from your system. i dont want an account il never shop at that branch ever again.
