Never use Edgars Online
Never ever use Edgars online. I have used their online services and bought stuff on the 5th of May 2020. Still waiting for my order to be delivered.

Kindly note we tried contacting you telephonically but we could not reach you.
The reason for calling was to establish if order number *** is delivered as the parcel left our warehouse on the 30.05.2020.
Order *** is still packing at the warehouse waiting for the scheduled courier company to come collect your order. Once the parcel is collected a tracking number will be generated and communication confirming delivery will be sent to you as well.
Here below is a reference number generated for this query:

02 Jun 2020, 11:48I have received the first delivery already. But i am still waiting for the second one. Both these were ordered on the same day and this is items that i already needed. I had to go it to town and buy again..... because you guys still haven't delivered. As above you confirmed that this is still at the warehouse and are waiting for courier services to pick it up..... this is A MONTH after I paid for this. This is the worst service ever. I would like to know how long am I still going to wait for this delivery to take place, otherwise I would like a refund as soon as possible. I have sent several emails to your client services with NO reply
