NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT EDGARS

I opened an account at Edgars in May 2023 and after 5 months I realized that they have been billing various items on my account without my consent, all while I haven't used the account for months. There was a bunch of items called "Cash assist" which ranged from R100-R500 for each billing, they signed me up for every insurance and policy they have, and they billed me for the Edgars club, none of which I ever signed up for. After months of trying to get the items reversed, their attorneys started to contact me whereafter I just paid the balance to get it out of my life. Now it has been almost three months since I settled the full account and my account is STILL not closed!! The entire Edgars and RCS group is completely useless, they have terrible customer support and they simply cannot do their jobs! I am absolutely disappointed and speechless with the incompetency of Edgars.
