Never do business with Edgar's!

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT with Edgar's! If you have one it is BEST to CLOSE it! I have had an Edgar's card since I was a student. This year January 2020 I owed R16.95 on my account. I made a payment of R20. My last purchase was made in March at Parklands Specsavers for contact lenses. After which I made two payments to settle the account. I have been to Edgar's twice to close the account since they no longer work with spec savers! They were unabaile to assist. Now all of the sudden I receive an account of R4666. No one is able to assist I have been to Edgar's I have made plenty of phone calls no one is willing to send me proof of that purchase. I have been on the phone for hours just to get cut off. Even the guy that works at Edgar's shook his head on disbelief when we tried phoning. It's been 3 weeks and no luck!
