Never a sale, always an excuse

I went into Edgars in Capegate and started rummaging through the sale rack. None of the items on the rack had a red price sticker on it. While browsing I also noticed the staff taking a rack full of pants being advertised to be \up to 50% off"and putting them back with the non sale items - no price changes made at all- I found this strange. I chose a shirt of which there was several on the sale shelf and proceeded to the till point where I was informed that it is not a sale item and that someone else put it on the sale shelf and that the manager is not in the store. This had happened previously as well that we chose several items and got to the front only to be told that a sale sticker had been put on it mistakenly. This is ethically irresponsible. If you don't have a sale don't have a sale rack"
