My wife and I purchased clothes for our children on line on the 25/11/2017 and I paid on line safe day our Oder was never delivered.

you have kept my money for 20 Days without any communications to us and I have spent lot of calling your client services and we told different stories every single day.

other agent says our Oder was delivered last week ,other says it is returned to the store other says it was delivered on the 12/12/2017 and they even fail to tell us who they delivered the Oder to .

you have kept our money for 20 days ,without service and without any form of communication.

not even a simple phone call, this is totally unacceptable and I want immediate feedback.

we are now demanding our money back with interest from the day you took our money without service OR you deliver the products Ordered with compensation.
