My replacement Card with Edgars.

On Saturday the 6th of Feb I was ******, and everything including my Edgars clothing card was taken ..on the 9th I went to Edgars store near me to block my card and try to get a replacement card. I must say I was extremely disappointed when they told me they won't be able to replace my card as I had only a temporary Id with me.

I don't understand why should I be given a hardtime to get a replacement card while else im an existing customer for Edgars yet Im still expected to pay my account but will not be able to use it to buy with my card as they refuse to give me one, 2ndly the Department of home-affairs told me that because of this pendamic they will not be able to do ID for anyone until we reach Level 1, they only do for students which are doing Matric this yr.

So as Far im concerned I believe I have a right to refuse to pay my Edgars account up until im issued a replacement card, how can I be punished for my ID gettting ****** and on top of it I produce My Temporary ID yet im refused again, Edgars is the only store that I've heard of such other stores never gave me a hardtime at all.
