My provided fund money

I worked for Edgar's for more than 8 years I was retrenched in August 2020 I was suppose to receive my provided fund by 15 December as per email from fazeelah Ryan but to this day nothing I have send fazeelah ryanemails not 1 but many she is not responding to any of my emails I call her office every day she doesn't pick up the phone she send me an email confirming that all my documents where received I don't what's the hold up because now they busy paying ex employees that exited the company in September without paying me she is being unfair. I even DM Edgar's on twitter they never reply. After 8 years working for them this is their way of saying thank you to me
