My order was cancelled but They never send back my money

I have ordered a dress online on the 7 November 2017 and they said it will be delivered within 10 days and it was not delivered to the store. I went to the shop after 10 days they said it was not there. I called them they said order was cancelled they do not know when will I get my money back. I also decided to send them an email they rep**** saying my order was cancelled I should wait for feedback of I which I know it will take forever again.
