My husband had a account with Edgars witch we paid up a while ago

My husband had a account with Edgars witch we paid up a while ago. Apparently I over paid with R238. I tried contacting by email so that they can refund us. With no success. So I went into Edgars a Motlosana Mall Klerksdorp were I used to shop. Keep in mind I destroyed the card because we can't buy on credit anymore because my husband was retreched. At the store they insist we have to get a new card and we have to spend the credit with them. So with not luck we got a new card (we had to pay R60 for) but still we couldn't use it, it keeps on being declined. So I really expect from them to refund my R238.
