My account plan adjusted without my permission

Good day,

I have recently learned that Edgars has adjusted by account and repayment terms without my permission. The account now has an interest rate charged at 18.25%. There is Insurance (account protection plan) and subscriptions that I never agreed to. I was wondering why my instalment has dropped so much.
