My account marked as unpaid whereas it is fully paid
My account number is ********** ********** 44/ ********** 727089. they have sent me an outstanding statement stating to have short paid my account whereas i have fully paid it for November. I firstly paid R700 on 03.12.2018, R300 on 06.12.2018 and R200 on 08.12.2018. In all have paid R1 200 in all for the month of November 2018 and all these amounts were not allocated.
Knowing Edcon they are quick to list my name on ITC as unpaid which will affect my record negatively. I am not happy at all about the service i have received.
