my 7th complaint no paid letter still.

I am absolutely disguisted by the service I have been receiving from u people. My account was handed over to attorneys when I was a student, after I graduated and got a job. I called MBD and asked for my settlement amount they gave me a discount and said I only have to pay 1077 which I gladly did. I have been trying to get a letter to say that my acc is paid up from 29/12/14. <br> <br> Iv had your agents drop the phone on me, been told to wait 30,when I call back they tell me the discount has not been added and that I owe which is absolutely ridiculous. MBD says they did everything on their side and that its Edgars that have not added the disount.<br> <br> Iv been in contact with Zukiswa Mhlobo from MBD and have kept every email from her as evidence, I have also recorded the conversations with your consultants. I took the matter to hello Peter over 6 times now and I'm getting legal assistance now regarding this matter because you people have messed me about to much and I'm sick and tired of your ways. I have also contacted ombudsman because I have given u ample oppurtunity to sort this matter but u have failed dismally to assist me. Shame on you people
