Mpumi - Best customer service consultant!!!

A couple of months ago I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mpumi at Edgars Alberton City, at their Customer Service counter. I usually hate going through customer services as this process is generally a long and painful one. Once I got to the counter, Mpumi was there to assist me with a big friendly smile. When I started talking to her I was pleasantly surprised that she was very friendly, helpful, and notwithstanding that, she was very knowledgeable about her job and all the questions that I asked. I was really taken back with the way she dealt with my query. Also, whilst I was filling out forms, Mpumi didn't take the opportunity to sit around waiting for me to finish, she actually helped other customers in between helping me, however didn't manage to keep me waiting at all, which also shows impeccable time management and efficiency. Also, Mpumi tends to follow up with the clients of Edgars in a timeous manner. I think that Mpumi is a great asset to Edgars. With customer service skills such as hers, it is my opinion she should perhaps train a lot of other employees in the group. She is an outstanding employee and I hope that she is VALUED!!!
