Most Unprofessional business - so sad to see after so many years

I have been a customer at Edgars since I left school and I have never seen such unprofessional service when it comes to staff dealing with account concerns. I have always had a 6 months interest fee account and since January, it has suddenly become and interest account. At no given point in time did anyone every inform me that this would be changing and I have never signed that they are allowed to change my account. I have been querying this on numerous occasions and not 1 person can even assist me. All they know how to do is give me an email address that doesn't work or they just don't respond or a contact number that does not exist. I am waiting for someone to actually resolve this and once it is resolved, I will also be closing this account and never step foot into Edgars again.
