I paid and closed my account in 2019 and I'm still getting a statement saying that m account is open and that I have a balance outstanding. EVEN THOUGH I CONFIRMED SEVERAL TIME WITH THE PERSON HANDLING MY ACCOUNT that it would be closed! I cannot contact their credit customer service because I don't have the damn card anymore and I need to enter my card number for them to help me.
