Ive been waiting for an order place on Monday the 2nd of December, its been 4 days and my order is still on order confirmed. Ive sent emails, left messages on Facebook and even tried calling customer support, all with no feedback at all. And the phone just stays on the hold music.

I would like to know when i can collect my order, as this is ridiculous waiting over 4 days for the order to confirm.

Online purchases are ment to be stress free and delivered in a timely manner. Not 4 days just to confirm the order.
