Moova money

I wrote a review four days ago regarding edgars moova money who never sent me my airtime vouchers. I received a reply as follows:

'As discussed telephonically, kindly be informed that the matter has been forwarded to the management team at RMCS for urgent intervention and feedback will be provided within the next 24 hours.'

Once again it was just another run around. I am yet to receive feedback. I still have not received my airtime.
