Monthly payments not being app****

Good day,

On 16 October , we established that the EDGARS payments made by Mr Noel Derrick Potgieter, is not being app****.

We submitted proof of payment for, July/Aug & Sept 2020, on the same date and have been, and still am receiving correspondence, informing us that we are in arrears. Mr Potgieter never once missed a payment. We also never received any response from Edgars regarding our enquiry.

I want this account to be updated and all overcharged interest, to be reversed.
