Monthly payment on closed account

I have an account with Edgars with R0.00 balance. Paid up. Now all of sudden I have to pay R 402.91. I went to Edgars the grove to query it for over a month. Till to date They are unable to table were the cost are coming from. I have asked them to close their account as I don't need it but they are failing to do so. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT I DONT NEED AND I OWE YOU 0. I HAVE NOT BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM IT IN THE PAST 2 YEARS
