Monthly installment not adjusted
<p>I was paying a fixed rate of R530 per month but once the amount went below R800 I was told that the account would be adjusted so that my monthly payments would no longer have to be R530 per month.</p> <p>This, unfortunately, has not happened. Please can someone look into this and adjust my monthly installments accordingly as I know I no longer have to pay R530 per month. </p>
