******** monthly charges on account

The accounts department for Edgar's is completely useless. I have been charges a management fee of R28 monthly despite having a zero balance account as at end of December 2024. They say communication was sent in August 2024 which they admit I never received. They credited the fee in January 2025. Subsequent to this admission of guilt, they continue billing this fee and they refuse to credit and close my account. This is daylight *******!!! You cannot apply new rules without communication. Close my account!
