Money theft

I closed my Edgars account in February but they only rep**** on March 3rd AFTER deducting the payment for March.. I then received a mail to confirm that they had closed the account. I even went in to an Edgars store in Sandton and they confirmed that the account had been closed seeing as I couldn't use the card. EVEN though I had paid for that month already??? Why charge me for something I can't even use? Anyways, now it's April and they deducted my account again. I would like to be reimbursed R62 for the fees that you deducted off of my account even though I cancelled it already and for not being able to use the account even though I had already paid for that month. I have paid so much money every month and haven't even used the account.. <br> <br> Please sort this out, it is really frustrating.
