Money taken from my voucher

I had 3 edgars vouchers which I redeemed at Jet Blue Route. The cards had R1000, R1000 and R500 on them, total of R2500. So I bought some clothing for my kids on 11 June, 14 June I returned a few items and took some new items, when I tried to redeem the one card, there was a purchase on 1 June for R926 at at after 7pm. The stores are closed at that time and I only used the vouchers on 11 June so some how the transaction was back dated and used. I took it up with Victor, the manager and he took my details and said he would call me. I never received a call back. Two weeks later still no call so I called in, spoke to another manager, Charmelle. She said she is now dealing with it and will take it up with the voucher dept and will call me... I never received a call back. I called in and left messages and still no call back. I called again and she said she is waiting on a response and they can't Pick up the transaction. She said she will call me again.... It's been about 2 months and I STILL have bit received a call back.

I need to purchase more clothing for my kids but this money has been taken from my card and I need it back. Please can I get an urgent response??
