money not allocated to account

i am trying to resolve my account with edgars but unfortunately with no success and with that effort i am also trying to sort a query regarding payments i have made with no funds being allocated i had send them my receipt 1 week ago only to find a response that we will contact you within 48 hours and which 48 hours has alreafy collapse cant get my account close and they still charging me interest on balance outstanding with the result that they cant even help there clients.
