MONEY HUNGRY!
I have been asking Edgars for months to look into my account protection plan, as i was retrenched towards the end of last year. I have done so via call, via email on numerous occasions, and not a word back. Yet your debt/accounts department has the nerve to call me a few times a month to ask for payments, and i keep telling them i was retrenched, i have been paying but am struggling, this is why i have an account protection plan, and they cant give an answer!!! *********** and unprofessional!

13 Aug 2020, 09:55To date, i have not received any feedback. I sent an email again last night, only to receive a snotty email this morning saying they have not received any documents from me. Ofcourse you havent received documents because you havent ever responded or requested them! Asking me for nonsense documents aswell, affadavits....good grief!
