Money have been paid and no parcel received yet
Ive placed an order online almost 2weeks ago, i did receive a confirmation email confirming order and order number but where is my tracking or parcel number? Ive send plenty of emails but no response even tried the online form. This is unacceptable service

This is unforgettable service ever. I would like proper feedback where my parcel is at and when and what date can I receive my parcel.
