Mobile Contant dispute

I have been billed for airtime (mobile content) i knew nothing about for months, on the 12 July i spoke to a consultant by the name of Praise Mashamba and requested for a recording of were i agreed on signing up for their airtime. agent informed i will receive the recording in 2 days and i haven't. I want my refund, as this is *****ing from customer
