Mixed up Edcon Cell C concealing bad business practice

I have signed a cellphone contract in the Edgars Store, Cavendish Square, CLAREMONT, Cape Town. The Cell C sales assistant, Ruwayda, is guilty of withholding vital information regarding the conditions of the Cell C contact from me. Cell C is washing their hands off this bad business practice. A manager of Edcon Cell C informed me that he had investigated the complaint and was informed by Ruwayda that I was disputing the billing usage of my Cell C account. The main complaint is about the withholding of information about the conditions of the contract from me. The sales assistant is now also guilty of *********ness. I need information from Edcon Cell C regarding their business partnership with Cell C and the reasons why Cell C is washing their hands off matters concerning the Cell C contracts that are being signed in Edgars Stores.

Edcon, Edgars Stores and Edcon Cell C have responded to the complaint, but has thus far done absolutely nothing about the matter. Do they think that by hiding their head in the sand, the problem will just simply disappeared? Bad business practice remains bad business practice if you don't address the problem at all.
I have pointed out that Cell C had previously washed their hands off the problem. Why does Edcon Cell C now want to go into cahoots with Cell C and at the same time become as thick as *******. Cell C has refused to be involved in the matter and has now, out of the blue, made a turn around and became involved, in order to save Edcon Cell C from disaster, which is another case of bad business practice.
Since the 1970's, I have been a customer of Edgars Stores, but at this stage, I shall surely and completely close my Edgars account.
At times, problems will crop up in a business, but if the problems are just being ignored or worse still, it is expected of another party, who had previously washed their hands off the problem, to but in and, out of the blue try to find a simple solution to a complex problem, that is bad business practice.
I have pointed out to the Cell C representative, Mr Khumalo, that I'm holding Ruwayda absolutely responsible for this bad business practice. He, however, wanted to bulldoze his plan of action down my throat, in order to save the skin of Edcon Cell C, by ignoring what I had told him explicitly.
Does Edcon Cell C consider, that by responding and leaving the matter hanging in mid air, on their part, is the right thing to do?
And even worse is, bringing in the big guns of Cell C to push me into a corner, and expecting it to work in their favour?
Edcon, Edgars Stores and Edcon Cell C or whatever you want to call yourself, you can't wash your hands so easily from this matter. Face up to the truth and the truth will set you free from this sordid bad business practice.

A representative of Edcon management, namely Nawaal has contacted me to inform me that she is in consultation with Cell C. I feel utterly insulted by this response! What is Edcon doing about the incompetence, *********ness and bad customer service of Ruwayda? Why are they involving Cell C in this problem which they have to solve themselves. Passing the buck won't help them at all. After I had complained, Ruwayda told me that she only offers open line contracts. She had kept this vital information from me and is thus guilty of withholding information regarding the terms and conditions of the contract that I have signed. Is this too difficult for Edcon management to fathom or they deliberately dragging their feet, hoping that the problem will just disappear? Now, I need a written reply from Edcon, because I'm definitely going to take this matter further.

All I need from Edcon, at this stage, is a written response /reply, because Nawaal, Edcon management, only informed me that she was going to contact Cell C regarding the complaint. No mention was made of my complaint regarding the fact that Ruwayda was withholding vital information of the terms and conditions of the cellphone contract that I have signed, from me. Cell C had already informed me that they had no proof or evidence regarding the whole transaction of the signing of the contract and refused to get involved in the problem. Why did Edcon involve Cell C in this matter? Did they give Cell C proof or evidence of my transaction regarding the signing of the cellphone contract? I need answers from Edcon. Why must I phone Edcon Customer Care? I need answers from the management of Edgars Store, CLAREMONT.
