MIX UP OF ACCOUNT DETAILS

I was notified that I owe Edgars. I have never had an edgars account in my life. I have a jet account and I use it should I need to buy clothes at Edgars.

Please may I receive a statement that I do not owe Edgars so that I can forward the statement to Blake Collections as I am being harassed by their untrained agencies who would not hear the side of by story.

Someone opened an Edgars account using my mothers name or they mixed my moms identity number with a Chizana person

Please can someone sort this out.
