Missing payments

I have made 3 online payments into my Edgar's account 3 July, 31 July and 4 August and RCS cannot trace the payments. Absa confirms that the payments were made into the Edgar's account. One and a half months , 54 emails and 25 consultants later with sending proof of payments 34 times , the institute still cannot find my payments. However incorrect statements with arrears attached are being sent to me. How can they not trace a payment made into their account?
