During December 2018 up untill January 2019 I struggled to cancel a subscription of airtime/data of RCMS on my account. It was camcelled and I received confirmation from Edgars that my account will be credited with the payments. My account was credited. As I went on the edgars thank you app I noted that the credit vanished again. I was contacted and informed that a mistake was made and my account will be credited again with the unnecessary fees to something that I never subscribed to. I asked the lady more than once so I can go to Edgars and I will have credit available on with she rep**** yes.

Today I stood like a fool as my card was declined. When I contact Edgars accounts its not their problem I must contact RCMS. Edgars how do you give this company authorization to do with my account and credit whatever they want to if it is without my concent?
