Mismanaged

I am totally disappointed with edgars and their lack of customer service(totally unmanaged) , my wife and i had an account with Edgars, we went under debtreview but the account was paid up through debt rescue via a payment distribution agency. Now we cannot come of debt review unitl we recieve a paid up letter . The following companies that took on Edgars Accounts, have no record of the Account, which is Nimble Group, RCS, Consumer friend, SSDA, have no record of the account. I cannot come of Debt Review because Edgars cannot give me a paid up letter its been months .. the debt review have emailed numerous times and i have contacted all the companies personally to get a paid up letter. I need a paid up letter so we can move on with our lives...im so utterly annoyed at the lack of customer service. Dont you guys have a record of what Accounts went to which companies for management of these accounts. You guys cannot be so confused.
