Messed up account

Edgars keeps messing with my account. I pay every month using the same account number I've been using for the past several years, but almost every month I get told I have not paid. I email my proof of payment and I get told after 48 hours my account will be updated but nothing happens. I have to ask for a statement in order for me to get one.
