Messed up Account

I have been a customer for years with Edgars without any problems but ever since RCS took over the service is an absolute disgrace my Account is a complete mess they moved my installment up without me even buying in the last 3months now suddenly my account is in arrears but I pay R500 every month where my Installment is only R204 and above that on my Statements I don't even see my Installments paid going off of my total owing amount. I have sent mails I have spoke to 2 different people and still it's not sorted yet. And they don't stop calling me for my payment that's in arrears what more must I do if people don't know how to do their jobs. I'm so fed up with this I'll rather just pay my Account up to date and just close it.
