Mens viva box delivered with no voucher
I purchased the viva box online on the 17/06/2015, it got delivered with no voucher. I contacted the call centre and they advised me that they were having a problem with the supplier and they are aware that the boxes did not include a voucher. They assured me that it will be resolved in 2 days. It's been 3 weeks and no I have not received any feedback. I have sent numerous emails. The customer services department is pathetic!!!. Please can I get feedback on order number ***.
