****** manager Tygervalley Edgars

Last night I returned an item which was too small, upon arriving I checked if there was a bigger size, when there wasn't I proceeded to the customer service till at edgars Tygervalley, with absolutely no ine but the staff in store I was told with an attitude next time I can return at any till point non the less the lady carries on with the refund and then tells me I can tap or insert my card I then say to her it's a debit card so it won't go back on the card she then insists that the slip says it's a credit card which I do not have, I tell her to call the manager and she came to the till with her mind already made up and ready to fight and tells me that I must put it back on my card again I tell them that this is a debit card and I want my cash back as it won't go back on the card. The manager then tells me they are just following procedure and I am being "ridiculous", ridiculous for trying to return an item and getting my hard earn cash back that I spent at this retailer to top it off the manager and the 2 ladies in turn tries to be sarcastic and curse me and tell me to have a good evening for almost the whole of this store to hear. All this because I am a young colored lady that doesn't own a credit card
