MANAGER RUDE TO CUSTOMER
I recently bought boots which were on special buy 1 get 1 free. I bought 8 pairs. When I purchased I asked the lady at the till if I'm not happy with them can I return, the lady said yes you have 30 days to return provided you have the slip. I kept 4 pairs of boots and went to return the rest at the springs branch today. The manager \Kingsley"asked why am I returning so many"
