manager refused ti speak to me...
I went to shop for shoes at the shop...first the shop is very very hot...really bad...I asked someone why it is so hot and she ignored me and walked away. Secondly I wanted to pay the shoes...there were 20 people in the line and one cashier...and I went to the cosmetics area and they refused to help me because I did not buy cosmetics...but there were 2 people in the line and I was one of them...the attitude suck...I asked were I could find the store manager...a man called Ben took me there...he spoke to the credit manager an he said she said I had to talk to him about my complaint...I said I wanted to see the store manager and he rep**** without even looking for her that she is busy...and no were to be seen...I asked him her name and said I Esther and he was Ben...
