Malpractice and unprofessional.

 Good day, 

In February 2022, I received a call from your debtors to set up a debit order, as I had missed my January payment. We agreed for the 27th of each month. In February 2022, the debit order went through without a glitch. However, in March 2022, the debit order was not debited. I have called my bank and they agree that a Debicheck debit order is only approved once. Our agreed amount was for R290 every month. My bank explains that I will only need to approve again once the mandate has changed. She has advised me to contact your team to inquire whether the debit order request was made since it never fell through. This is infuriating because late payments will reflect on my credit score.

Another thing I noticed on my statement is that the account number on there is not the same as the one on my Edgars card. The statement account number is ***, and the one on my card is ***. The account is for SA ID number ***. This is baffling, as these are two conflicting numbers.

Lastly, on 23 December 2021, I made a R250 payment into my account, yet the payment was not recorded. I followed the instructions- came with my Edgars card and clearly stated that I would like to make a R250 payment into my account. I have attached a PDF statement proving this. You will see the payment highlighted in green. This came to my attention when I noticed that with an opening balance of R760, a R250 and R290 payment  would mean I have paid a total of R540. Subtract R540 to R760, and I would only owe around R220 and not R591.82.
I made this discovery because I noticed it was suspicious that I still owe so much even after these payments; the R250 one is not recorded on the statement.  
Like I said, the account number on the card is *** and the one one the statement is *** which is also confusing. 

Please advise on this matter urgently as I will be travelling and I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible. This is affecting me negatively.
