Make Joel manager !!
Went to buy shorts at Cradlestone Saturday and was having trouble deciding on sizes.....as they were sleep shorts I could not try them on. Joel overheard my dilema and un- prompted found the solution by scouting around for something marked in cm. He stayed with me till the end, offering help with other purchases until I reached the till. Such a change from the usual noisy staff. Make him manager !!!
