Loyalty counts for nothing
I have been a club member with Edgars for over 20 years now but have finally decided to cancel my account the very next time I walk into the store. I pay every month via EFT but there have been a couple of months in the past year where I have forgotton and on both occasions someone called me to say I was late after which I paid immediately. Then when checking my statement I find that they charged me penalties for late payment. I think I have had enough of giving them free money with my monthly club subscription because I hardly use their benefits except go to a movie once a year.
Edgars, if that's how you reward loyalty - GOODBYE!!!
