Low quality bags along with poor service

I bought a Kelso bag online at Edgars that was delivered on the 17th of April. The bag is now torn, a strap of the bag to be precise. I called them and they emailed me to send them pictures which I did. After that they told me to go to my nearest Edgars, did as instructed and could not find the bag. Went to three different shops already with no success only to be told that the bag is available at a shop that happens to be in another town.

This is by the way, a second bag in three months that I've bought and experienced this problem. These bag are proving to be low quality and Edgars is getting away with this. The whole run around that I've been doing trying to exchange the bag has been time consuming and quite costly on my side with no success. I would not recommend their bags even to my worst enemy.
